Using report of agent availability, you can get information about the times when your agents were available for chat. As you know, Subiz version 4.0 has no agent-away status. When agent logins, the agent is ready to work and supports users in time.
Working time of agent is the total time of agent's sessions on Subiz Dashboard (Log in App.subiz.com on Internet Browsers) or Subiz mobile app. The session is calculated from when agent logged in to when the system does not see the agent connected.
The report of agent availability is divided into 2 types: Chart and Table.
In chart report, you can filter to see the total working time of all agents or one agent in a period of time. For example: Today, total availability time of all agent is 1d,7h,46min.
In table report, you will see the total working time of each agent in a period of time For example: Today, total availability time of agent Chi Trinh is 9 hours and 12 minutes
